DESCRIPTION
Bolt Biotherapeutics, Inc., is a private biotechnology company developing a new class of immuno-oncology therapeutics. Bolt’s technology is appropriate for a broad spectrum of antibodies targeting tumor antigens expressed on all types of cancer and therefore applicable to many types of patients. The company is led by a team with extensive oncology drug discovery and development experience.
Cody|Brock renovated the existing office space into a state-of-the-art biotechnology center, including Chemical Lab, Tissue Culture, Analytical Lab, and brand new 1,300 SF Vivarium. The project scope included new rooftop Air Handling unit with concrete pad, Exhaust System to accommodate fume hoods, and HEPA filtration. New CO2 lines were installed along with point-of-use Millipore lab water purification system at sink locations. Our team had to develop a creative way to connect MEP systems between two adjoining buildings to allow for independent movement between the separate buildings.
