1200 Chestnut

Renovation of an existing one-story general office building to include façade improvements, 1,718 SF of mezzanine floor level, and new roof structure. The improvements included a Moment frame at the building entry, new storefronts with stucco and wood pop-outs, an aluminum sunshade at the building entry, and a steel staircase with steel panel guardrail to access the new mezzanine area. The work required topping the slab to bring the lower side of the building up to the level of the existing slab. The interior was designed for market-ready office space.
