DESCRIPTION
Exterior tenant improvements to 100, 150 and 200 W. Evelyn Avenue. The scope included painting all three buildings in their entirety, new exterior building wall finishes of stone veneer at the pedestrian level, and removal and replacement of all exterior lighting.
The second floor covered walkways required demoing the tile finished walkways down to the joists; reinstalling new plywood and sloping it; installing a new waterproofing/sheet metal system; pouring new mortar bed and installing new tile; patching, repairing, and replacing dry rot; replacing multiple 25-foot glue lam beams; and patching the surrounding stucco.
