The scope of the work involved demolition, improvements, and alterations across two floors, totaling 49,723 square feet. This speculative build-out included laboratory, office, and breakroom spaces that align with modern standards for functionality and versatility. Key elements of the project included constructing non-bearing partitions with new windows and doors, replacing ceilings, and installing updated architectural finishes throughout the space. Accessibility was a priority, with all improvements meeting ADA compliance standards. Additionally, a new equipment lift and floor opening were installed to connect the first and second levels seamlessly.
