Warm shell interior and exterior improvement to an existing two-story building, including seismic and structural upgrade to building access. Enlarged existing storefront window opening on first floors, added new window opening on second floor. New exterior finishes on both front and rear facades with ACM clad canopies and entries, as well as Stucco and geolam siding finishes, and new roof deck with new elevator and stair egress and access. This project earned LEED Silver designation due to a high percentage of recycled material used and building optimization with thermal insulation resulting in high energy efficiency.
