High-quality Tenant Improvement with imported partitions, finishes, and millwork from Europe. Project involved creation of office space, conference room, and sales area, storage area, breakroom, and restrooms. Showroom featured open ceilings and millwork with marble islands. Other highlights include pedestal paver system with concrete and wood tiles, metal canopies, countertops, and service area for private events.
