Rich focuses on developing and maintaining long-term client relationships through high-quality, innovative construction services. His emphasis on developing solid partnerships and delivering exceptional projects guarantees our clients a personal yet comprehensive approach and produces efficient, cost-effective, client-focused results. His expertise in pre-construction and construction best practices and his detailed approach to project implementation ensure successful, long-standing relationships with our clients. He particularly enjoys working on historic renovations and challenging projects. Rich holds a B.S. from the University of Oregon.

Ross manages some of CVG’s largest lab and office tenant improvement projects for long-standing clients. He has worked on extensive buildouts to create lab space, collaboration areas, private offices, conference rooms, team rooms, training rooms, and dining areas. He manages the team, overseeing and approving budgets and managing the GMP. Ross also provides leadership and oversight of the day-to-day operations for all construction, project management, and project administration activities, as well as developing, managing, and mentoring the team of project managers, engineers, superintendents, and field manpower to deliver exceptional results for CVG’s clients.

Casey is responsible for company-wide operations management, project staffing, and providing support and mentoring to our growing staff. His role also encompasses marketing, business development, client relations, and client retention. Casey’s hands-on approach ensures superior product quality and efficiency and delivers outstanding service that exceeds client expectations. Casey holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

As Finance Director, Jonathan brings over 10 years of financial management and accounting experience to his role at CVG. He is well-versed in overseeing accounting operations, project finance, corporate/project internal controls, contracts, and risk management. Detail-oriented and meticulous, he collaborates regularly with project managers to manage budgets and has streamlined operations by incorporating innovative programs into daily operations. Jonathan oversees month-end financial closings, finance operations, and strives toward lowering the overall risk profile of the company and its projects.

Since joining the company in 2012, Christian has successfully completed 75,000 SF of ground-up construction and 300,000 SF of tenant improvements. He consistently performs with proactive behavior, clear communication, and a keen understanding of the client’s expectations, ensuring smooth and budget-conscious progress from project start-up through completion. Christian recently completed a 22,000 SF ground-up maintenance facility for California Golf Club in South San Francisco and is currently managing a 21,000 SF ground-up retail project in San Carlos. In addition, he has successfully completed a number of tenant improvement projects throughout the Bay Area. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, from the University of Oregon.

A CVG team member since 2016, Emilien specializes in tenant improvement projects and exterior renovations. His customer-service focus and detailed, schedule-oriented approach result in consistent, efficient progress with every project from start-up through completion and excellent rapport with his clients. Emilien holds a B.A. in Environmental Design, with a focus in Architecture, from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Connor specializes in tenant improvement projects and building renovations, providing consistent communication between architects, engineers, clients, and vendors, while working closely with superintendents to ensure deadlines and scope requirements are met. He has successfully completed an exceptional historic renovation in downtown Redwood City, as well as multiple tenant improvement projects in Menlo Park, Campbell, and throughout the Peninsula. His attention to detail and commitment to his clients ensure that his projects are completed on time and on budget. Connor holds a degree in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Since 2011, Amanda has been a dedicated team player throughout the company. As a Project Manager, she oversees a variety of projects from pre-construction through completion to ensure that each project runs efficiently. She is responsible for the daily management of scope, budgeting, and tracking schedules for her projects and is knowledgeable in working with subcontractors, communicating with the team, and understanding project requirements. Amanda holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Santa Clara University, with a focus in Structural Engineering.

With a strong customer-service focus and a detailed, schedule-oriented approach, Kaj brings an outstanding work ethic to his role as Project Manager for Cody Vermette Group. His in-depth knowledge of estimating, scheduling, project management, and cost efficiency ensures that projects run smoothly and efficiently. He has successfully managed a number of high-end tenant improvement projects, as well as office to lab conversions. Kaj attended Gonzaga University.
