Stormland

Renovation of historical brick building in downtown Redwood City. The project consisted of building three private offices and a large conference room with glass and black aluminum office fronts and built-in millwork with leather paneling on the outside and shelving and cabinets on the inside of the offices and conference room. Special features included custom wood veneer millwork, reception desk made of wood veneer and metal, new breakroom solid surface island with waterfall edge, drywall cloud ceiling in the offices and conference room, and refurbished existing T&G wood ceiling stained dark. In addition, CVG performed ADA improvements in the back parking lot, installed new exterior lighting, and painted all window frames and doors black.
