The project involves comprehensive interior demolition, millwork, and mechanical upgrades to transform existing spaces into high-functioning office and lab environments. Demolition included stripping walls, ceilings, and finishes to a warm shell condition, with cleaned and prepped ductwork. Exploratory demolition ensured seamless integration with the new design. Key upgrades include polished concrete refinishing, steel installations for AC units and structural supports, and customized millwork for break areas, reception, and copy rooms. Doors and frames were replaced with fire-rated or electrified options. Mechanical, HVAC, and electrical upgrades included reconfigured ductwork, high-capacity AC units, modern LED lighting, emergency power provisions, and lab-specific utility connections.
