Best Construction Companies in Los Altos

Cody Vermette Group (formerly Cody-Brock Commercial Builders) has provided services to the greater San Francisco Bay Area since 1994. The company's primary goal is to surpass each client's expectations and offer them a hands-on, personalized approach. Over 90% of its projects come from repeat clients and recommendations due to the team's dedication to superior quality, affordable pricing, and excellent customer service. With the assistance of the architects from The Hayes Group, the CVG team constructed 480 Lytton for Wing Venture Capital. A 6,000-square-foot office building had to be torn down for this project. The team re-used the concrete tilt-up panels as structural elements for the new wood-framed building. An aluminum-clad panel façade, glass fin solar blinds on the second level, tile, and tempered glass storefronts are all aspects of the new structure. Energy-efficient systems are featured in the interior tenant upgrades, including the HVAC system, motorized blinds, and architectural lighting. Frameless glass fronts in private offices serve as a focal point; the unique glass and stainless steel railing system on an inside staircase provides the main centerpiece.

Best Tenant Improvement Contractors in San Mateo

Cody|Brock Commercial Builders was founded to provide cost-efficient and quality work to clients from the early planning stages of a project through completion. Cody|Brock’s emphasis on teamwork ensures that continuity and personal service are hallmarks of every project. 201 B Street is one of Cody|Brock’s projects in the downtown San Mateo area. The project features the office tenant improvement of a historic building. Second Measure, the client, wanted to have a space where employees from both of their San Mateo offices could work collaboratively under one roof. Second Measure occupies the basement, first floor, and second floor of this building. In the basement, Cody|Brock created breakout conference rooms, an all-hands meeting area, a break room, and restroom cores. The second floor features an open exposed wood ceiling with raw steel supports, exposed brick perimeter walls, and an office work area.
